Meet the Team
Brad Samuels, our founder, is a proven former media executive recognized as one of the industry’s leaders in innovative business strategy and revenue generation via content distribution and strategic business partnerships. He has been recognized for producing outstanding revenue through innovative business development, content distribution, and branded partnership strategies. He has demonstrated accomplishments and very strong senior level client relationships across CTV, OTT, FAST/AVOD, SVOD, Pay TV, DOOH, and mobile.
Brian Samuels is a savvy, forward thinking media pro with over 10 years of experience driving revenue generation and strategy development with several best in class pay TV and streaming companies. Before joining Eagle Dock Media, he spent six years playing an instrumental role in Pluto TV's industry leading growth as one of the first FAST/AVOD platforms. Brian led deal negotiations and partnership management with dozens of content publishers, including major sports leagues, news organizations , music labels, and content distributors. He has also oversaw project management surrounding channel operations, developing critical, bespoke cross-functional processes and overseeing hundreds of channel launches on the platform.
